Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with our from ARGANCOCO, please send us an email at contact@argancoco.com with the subject line "Refund Order # Number." Users can apply for the refund within 30 Days of delivery. 

How Refund Process Works:

• To apply for a refund, contact us via email at contact@argancoco.com with a return request.
• Once we confirm, ship the product(s) to 3775 W Arthur Ave. Lincolnwood IL 60712. We do not cover return shipping costs.
• The product should be in its original condition to get approval for a refund.
• Once the return is approved, we will issue a full refund.
• Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the amount to show in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Please note that we do not facilitate exchanges. 

The product(s) must be in new condition, undamaged, and its original packaging for a full refund. We will not accept opened or damaged products. 

Please note that we have the right to reject returns that show signs of unreasonable wear, misuse, or damage.
